What is the cost?
- Yearly contracts are based on the number of employees in your organization. For a quote, please contact SAVE at (800) 299-2311.
Can I require an employee to utilize your services?
- Although you can't require an employee to utilize the services, you can offer the services as an alternative to disciplinary action when work performance is problematic. If the employee's performance does not improve after consultation with SAVE, you could proceed with disciplinary action.
How does this differ from the health insurance I provide?
- First of all, SAVE counselors have specific experience in workplace issues. Secondly, employees do not need to be diagnosed with a mental disorder to utilize counseling services, as is required when accessing medical insurance benefits. Lastly, SAVE services are confidential, and do not become part of an employee's medical record.
