"CoastHills Federal Credit Union has been a client of SAVE EAP since July
1995. During the past nine years, our employees have utilized the
counseling services for a variety of reasons. SAVE counselors have met with
groups of employees when tragedy struck CoastHills. Following a robbery
at one of our branches and the shooting of two of our members, SAVE
counselors were immediately available for our employees and met with
employees and their families several times soon after. Counselors also
continued to provide one-on-one assistance to help some of our employees
during a very emotional time in their lives. When one of our young employees
died in an accident, a SAVE counselor came and met with a group of
grief-stricken employees. A number of our managers have attended and found
value in SAVE sponsored management training on work-related topics. At
several of our annual employee education conferences, a SAVE counselor spoke
